Paws in the Garden

October 15, 2016

This Is the Place Heritage Park

Intermountain Therapy Animals is excited to announce that we will be using mobile bidding at Paws in the Garden. This means that you will be able to bid from your smart phone without leaving your seat! You will also be able to manage all of your bids and see when you have been outbid in one place.

If you can’t attend Paws in the Garden, but still want to bid on silent auction packages, you are in luck! For $75 we will set you up with a bidder number and give you access to the bidding system. You can pick up any items that you win at the ITA office or pay shipping costs to have it mailed to you.

If you don’t feel comfortable using mobile bidding or you don’t have a smart phone, don’t worry! We will have ‘bidding buddies’ at the event to help. They will have computers or tablets that they can use to place bids for you or answer any questions that you have.

To help streamline the process, you can pre-register your mobile phone and credit card. If you purchase tickets through our online registration, you will be asked to give mobile numbers for the tickets you have purchased and will be given the option of saving your credit card information to be used for your bidding purchases. You can also register your phone at any time by e-mailing gala@therapyanimals.org or at the gala check-in.

Below are some links to documents provided by greater giving about what to expect as a mobile bidder. You can also watch their video, Using your phone to bid in 3 easy steps, using the link below.
